Tamara Russell is a clinical psychologist, neuroscientist, leading Mindfulness trainer and martial artist. She has a Psychology degree and a PhD in Clinical Psychology from University College London, and completed the MSc in Neuroscience and a PhD in Experimental Psychology at the Institute of Psychiatry, King’s College London.
Tamara has combined her skills to create the Body In Mind Training program – a body based,
neuroanatomical-informed mindfulness training protocol suitable for all levels of ability and adapted for use in the modern world.
Drawing on brain imaging research showing that this type of training can change the structure and function of key areas of the brain related to body awareness,attention and emotional functioning, Tamara’s approach combines cutting edge neuroscience with the ancient knowledge of martial arts.

teaching on a variety of post-graduate courses and supervising small-scale post-graduate

Selda Goodwin is a holistic yoga teacher and spiritual guide. She has spent fifteen years exploring, travelling and studying the benefits of a yoga lifestyle in the modern world.
A former advertising copywriter and art director, she left the corporate field to develop a vocation in wellbeing.

Tina Yang is an artist whose practice includes painting, sculpture and printmaking.
Formerly, Tina had worked globally in marketing and strategy at multinationals such as Nokia and Sony. She had led enterprise-wide executive and C-level strategy and team-building workshops. Her speaking engagements include BBC and INSEAD regarding the mobile industry.
Tina holds a MBA from INSEAD and a BS in Economics from The University of California, San Diego.
She is currently a Fine Art Post-Graduate candidate at the Chelsea College of Arts (University of Arts London) and has completed courses at The Slade School of Arts (UCL), Central Saint Martins, and Camden Arts Centre.
